Majestik Renovations was founded by David Alkoby after years of working as the chief engineer for high rise building in the Fort Lauderdale Area.

The idea behind Majestik Renovations is simple: Protect the interest of a condominium and Home Owner Association against contractors and vendors hired for the job.

Working with hundreds of contractors and vendors, David is able to identify errors in process and materials used, follow up with engineering requirements and report the job progress on a daily basis to the HOA board of directors.

We work hand in hand with our clients, allowing them to express their ideas, desires and concerns during each step of the project. 
Majestik Renovation representative will be on site every day and will ensure the efficiency of workers as well as staying on budget and on schedule!
